Taking place from August 28th to September 6th, 2026, the Festival aims to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, while also promoting the traditional cultural values, natural landscapes, and distinctive products of the white plateau region.

A series of enriching activities will begin with the opening ceremony on the morning of August 29th at Hoang A Tuong Mansion Square, combined with a 10km running race titled "Amidst the Golden Colors of the Ripe Rice Fields". On the same day, the exciting August horse racing final will take place at the central stadium of the commune. Visitors can also experience the traditional buffalo market on the mornings of August 29th and September 5th, as well as explore the Bac Ha Market on the morning of August 30th, where local products are displayed and exchanged.

Cultural and culinary spaces are an integral part of the Festival. Traditional ethnic art performances such as Mong flute dance, Xoe dance, coin dance, and folk singing will be presented at the Bac Ha Cultural Market and the Hoang A Tuong Mansion.
